Improving the readability of a process diagram

You can improve the readability of your process diagram to make it easier to understand and more expressive by performing the following tasks:

• Modify your pools. (See Modifying pools.)
• Add and modify swimlanes. (See Adding, modifying, and deleting swimlanes.)
• Add text to your process diagram. (See Adding, modifying, and deleting annotation elements.)
