You use the LiveCycle Form Design perspective to create form designs for automated business processes that require user interaction. For example, an online mortgage application starts when a customer fills an online application form and submits it to the bank. The application is then reviewed by the bank, and the status of the application is sent to the customer.

Here are the basic steps to creating a form design using LiveCycle Workbench ES:

Log in to a LiveCycle ES server
Open the LiveCycle Form Design perspective
Create the folder structure
Create the form design
Save the form design
Preview and test the form design
Prepare the form design to work with Adobe LiveCycle Process Management ES
