Logging in as the loan officer

  1. Log in as Alex Pink. For information, see Logging in to Workspace ES.
  2. On the Workspace ES Welcome page, verify that no number appears next to To Do.
  3. Click Logout. A Please Confirm dialog box appears.
  4. Click OK.

You have verified that the mortgage application did not route to the Alex Pink, the loan officer.
