Activating your process version for the mortgage application process as a service

When you activate the process, it becomes available as a service on the server. By default, a service is available to be initiated programmatically using EJB or SOAP.

  1. In the Processes view, select Loans > MortgageLoan process.
  2. Right-click MortgageLoan - 1.0 and select Activate. A check mark appears on top of the process version icon in the Processes view as shown in the following illustration.

You have activated your process as a service on the server. You have completed creating the process for your application.

Next, you will configure your service so that it can be used from Workspace ES. If you are testing your application in a different environment, follow the tasks described in Exporting and Importing a LiveCycle ES Application.
