Using your form design in Workspace ES

You will use your form design in Workspace ES; therefore, a collection of fields with specific data-binding names to transport data must be added to your form design. A custom type is provided to simplify the process of enabling a form for Workspace ES.

You must add a custom object named Process Fields to a form design so that it operates correctly in Workspace ES.

To add the Process Fields object to your form design:

  1. Select Insert > Custom > Process Fields. A group of fields appears in the middle of the form design.
  2. Scroll the form design so that the bottom of it appears.
  3. With Process Fields still selected on your form design, use the arrow keys to move the group of fields approximately one inch above the bottom of your form design. After you complete the task, your Process Fields should look like the following illustration in your form design.

  4. Save your form design.

You have added the Process Fields object to the form design. Now, Workspace ES can use the form design.
