Adding a title to your form design

Now, you will add a title to your form design to differentiate it from other forms used in your organization and to indicate to form fillers that they are using the correct form.

To add a title to your form design:

1. In the Object Library palette, in the Standard category, drag the Text object onto the form design and position it to the right of the logo.
2. Double-click the text in the Text object and, in the Forms toolbar, perform the following tasks:
   • In the Font list, select Arial.
   • In the Size list, select 24.
   • Click Bold.
3. With the text still selected, type MORTGAGE APPLICATION.
4. In the Hierarchy palette, right-click Text1 and select Rename Object, type Title, and then press the Enter key.
5. With Title still selected in the Hierarchy palette, in the Layout palette, perform the following tasks:
   • In the X box, type 3in.
   • In the Y box, type .75in.
6. Save your form design.

You have added a title to your form design.
