Before you create a form design and process, you must the determine the requirements of each.
A mortgage application form is required as part of the business process. It defines the amount of the mortgage and is routed to a different person, based on the amount of the loan. You must include the following information on the form:
Mortgage information: The property sale price and down payment that the applicant is making on the property. The user can specify a suggested interest rate and term (years) of the mortgage. The amount of the mortgage should be calculated in the form design.
Applicant information: The applicant's last name, first name, social security number, and telephone phone number.
Other information: An approval check box, bank's corporate logo, form instructions, and the title of the form.
A process must be implemented to automate the business process. When you look at the business case, it includes the following participants, conditions, routing, and activities.
