Is there a quick start for "Retrieving Tasks Assigned to Users" Web Services and .NET? Is this an oversight or is there some technical reason why this particular activity is not possible?

As specified in the Retrieving Tasks Assigned to Users topic:

You cannot search for tasks assigned to users by using the web service API. The reason is because you cannot invoke the taskList method, which is a necessary method call to perform this task.

So is there a sample of how one would go about retrieving tasks assigned to a user from a .NET application? Is this possible?
