Activating your process version for the mortgage application process as a service

When you activate the process, it becomes available as a service on the server. By default, a service is available to be initiated programmatically using EJB or SOAP.

To activate the process:

  1. In the Processes view, select Loans > MortgageLoan process.
  2. Right-click MortgageLoan - 1.0 and select Activate. A check mark appears on top of the process version icon in the Processes view as shown in the following illustration.

You have activated your process as a service on the server. You have finished creating the process for your application.

Next, you will configure your service so that it can be used from LiveCycle Workspace ES.
