Adding a title to your form design

Now, you will add a title to your form design to differentiate it from other forms that are used in your organization and to indicate to form fillers that they are using the correct form.

To add a title to your form design:

1. In the Object Library palette, in the Standard category, drag the Text object onto the form design and position it to the right of the logo.
2. Double-click the text in the Text object and, in the Forms toolbar, perform the following tasks:
   • In the Size list, select 24.
   • Click Bold.
3. With the text still selected, type MORTGAGE APPLICATION.
4. In the Hierarchy palette, change the name of the Text1object to Title.
5. Save your form design.

You have added a title to your form design. The top of your form should look like this illustration:
