Getting started with LiveCycle Workspace ES

You can use LiveCycle Workspace ES to perform the following tasks:

•	Start a business process

•	View and act upon tasks that are assigned to you or to other queues that you have access to

•	Track tasks that are part of the processes you started or participated in

When you initially log in to Workspace ES, the Welcome page provides links to its three main areas and to more information about using Workspace ES. You can click the logo in the upper-left corner of the screen to return to the Welcome page at any time.

To start a process:

•	Click Start Process and select a business process. (See Starting processes.)

To open assigned tasks:

•	Click To Do and select a task that is assigned or shared to you. (See Working with your To Do list.)

Note: The number in parentheses beside “To Do” indicates the number of tasks that are waiting in your individual queue. This number does not include tasks that are waiting in group or shared queues.

To track tasks:

•	Click Tracking and search for tasks that are part of active or completed process instances that you started or participated in. (See Tracking processes.)
