A length-specifier is a positive or negative value specified along with a unit of measurement without any spaces. The units of measure allowed are "in" for inch, "cm" for centimeter, "mm" for millimeter, and "pt" for points (1/72 inch).
A nonnegative-length-specifier is a positive value, greater than or equal to zero, specified along with a unit of measurement without any spaces.
