Using Controls

Controls are user-interface components such as Button, TextArea, and ComboBox controls. This topic describes how to use controls in a Flex application.

Adobe Flex has two types of controls: basic and data provider. This topic contains an overview of all Flex controls, and describes the basic Flex controls. For information on data provider controls, see Using Data-Driven Controls.
