This would be a terrific place to put a table of contents for the Actionscript 2.0 component reference, not an invitation to a survey.

If you find yourself on a page in Livedocs with no TOC, you should see an icon in the very top left of the browser content window. When you hover over it it says "Show Navigation". Click it. A TOC should appear.

When I hover over the above-mentioned icon, in Firefox 2 on Windows XP, it doesn't say anything. There's loads of room there to just put the words "show navigation!" though, if you wanted to! ;-)
