When I drag my free-floating Actions panel around the screen, why is it showing BEHIND the docked panels? How do I bring it to the front?sakrist said on Dec 21, 2007 at 12:58 PM :
In response to my previous comment, which has not yet appeared here, concerning misbehaving panels that would not move forward in front of docked panels.... the culprit was ATI Hydravision. Since uninstalling Hydravision, the windows in Flash are working correctly again.
