Opening files in Fireworks

In Fireworks, you can easily open and edit both vector and bitmap graphics.

TIP

 

To open a file without overwriting the previous version, select Open as Untitled, and then save the file using a different name.

To open a file:

  1. Select File > Open.
  2. In the Open dialog box, select the file and click Open.
