ColdFusion MX 7 lets you do Verity searches for languages other than English. For more information on Verity, see Configuring and Administering ColdFusion MX.
This section describes how to install a Verity Locales package from the Macromedia website, and how to switch to a different Verity Locales package.
The files are NOT automatically placed in the appropriate directories! Put the contents of your appropriate ZIP-file to cfroot/verity/k2/common. But I neither know what the verity_multilanguage_locale.zip is good for nor where tp put the containing files.

The Installing Verity Locales instructions incorrectly state to extract the zip to the cf_root directory. However, the correct location is {verity}/k2/common. For example, if Verity is installed with the Server configuration this would be cf_root/verity/k2/common; if Verity is installed separately, using the default this would be C:\coldfusionverity\k2\common.

Don't forget to restart the ColdFusion MX 7 Search Server, or you will get an error message that the locale could not be found!
