However, If I do it from my flash file, through the file upload, It just puts the files on the desired location but doesn't do any transformation.<br /><br />This is the expected behaviour for the PHP script when it thinks the uploaded file is not an image.<br /><br />So somewhere along the flash upload the files that the php script receives are not recognized as graphic files.
