I was having a nonsense javascript error ('Incompatible type') in IE7 while trying to use a method from my swf. The thing was: I named the method 'loadMovie' ine the ExternalInterface.addCallback. And I was using a js function also called 'loadMovie' to access it. <br /><br />After readind your post, I changed the ExternalInterface callback name to 'loadFLV' and, bingo, it worked.
