The Print Booklet option adds blank pages in the wrong places. In a
saddle-stictch 2-up, with an even number of pages, InDesign should not
be adding ANY blank pages.

Being a professional printer, I found that it is critical to be able to print
individual spreads with the pages imposed.

I have not figured out how to do this in CS3. Since I go direct to plate and
sometimes have to output a new plate, the print to booklet function is only
useful the first time I produce plates. If I have to make a second plate
because of any plate problem, I have to be able to print only one spread. If
someone has figured out how to do this, please pass it along.

The version on CS3 doesn't seem to be as useful as the one on CS2.
Occasionally I need to print just one spread, but I can't figure out how to do
this with the new version. Can anyone advise?

And I agree, it was nice to export the printer spreads as an additional InDesign
file.

Being able to save an imposed document (InDesign 2) was an incredibly
useful feature. I am not able to print duplexed from the computer on which I
create the booklet and being able to transport a pdf was wonderful. What do
I do in InDesign CS3?
