In ColdFusion MX 7 Updater, the destination attribute can be a file.

Put the 6.1 example back that showed "action=upload" uploading a file. We broke this behavior in 7.0.1 and are reverting it back.

destination - Required - Absolute pathname of directory **or file** on web server.

This example uploads a file and sets permissions to owner/group/other = read/write/execute.

In ColdFusion MX 7, When you use a cfform tag or an HTML form tag to submit the form with the file to be uploaded, you must specify enctype="multipart/form-data" in the tag, as shown in the example on this page.
By default, ColdFusion MX 7 sends the form with the encoding type of application/x-www-form-urlencoded, whiich causes an error in the cffile tag.
