The cached file name is a MD5 hash of the entire script's URL including URL parameters. If you have caching turned on for a particular script, then you would calculate the cached file name like:

<cfset curquerystring = REReplace(CGI.QUERY_STRING,"\&CFNoCache=TRUE","","ALL")>
<cfset scriptname = Application.WWWBaseURL & GetFileFromPath(CGI.SCRIPT_NAME) & "?" & curquerystring>

<cfoutput>C:\CFusionMX7\cache\cache_#Hash(scriptname)#</cfoutput>

Undocumented "Feature" to be aware about

Since CFCache now (since V6.1) uses a hash of the url as a filename it automatically prepends the cache file with a CF Comment that looks like: <!--- URL of the cached file --->then your stuff starts here on the same line as the comment.

This is ok, except when you don't expect this to be on the first line of the file. I found it useful in these situations to output a linefeed £chr(10)£ first thing that way the comment is on it's own line.
