It sounds like the uninstall somehow didn't remove all the IIS web server connector stuff. However, it's still puzzling because I don't think that should have caused the subsequent install to not display IIS. Did you delete all remnants of the original CFusionMX7 directory?

In any case. If you finished the multiserver install. Try running the web server configuration tool and specify IIS. Wsconfig is in jrun_root/bin.

If that still doesn't display IIS, then open the Internet Services Manager and remove the JRun Connector ISAPI filter (display the Properties dialog for all web sits, and click the ISAPI filters tab when ) and all CF/JRun application mappings (click the Home Directory tab, click Configuration, and look for things with an executable path pointed at your old CF directory).

If that doesn't work, or if you have additional questions, I suggest posting to the online forums: http://webforums.macromedia.com/coldfusion where you should get a quicker answer than from LiveDocs (which is for documentation comments)
