		<description>Who organized these pages? What a mess! This page has LCase but not Ucase??  Come on! If these sub catagories are going to be so sloppy, then don't bother with them; I'd pefer to just wade through the cumbersome complete list than risk missing out on the function I need. This is pathetic.</description>
