		<description>Doesn't it seem to communicate better if the page were to say &quot;Alphabetical Listing&quot; instead of &quot;Tag Summary&quot;.  Or at least it should say, &quot;Alphabetical Tag Summary&quot;.  And, this link should be prominantly display at the top of the listing.  The BIG problem with this page is that it can be difficult or nearly impossible to find a tag without clicking on each link (the needle-in-a-haystack approach).  This is because we can sometimes only guess at the category that a tag is in.</description>
