Use the Decision Path Properties dialog box to edit the properties associated with a decision path. For example, you can display the contents of the attached icon or set up erasing or a pause.
This dialog box is available only for icons that are part of a decision branch. To display it, double-click the small decision symbol on the flowline, or select Modify > Icons > Decision Path Properties.
The Preview box is blank for the decision path icon.
Use the following Erase Contents options to specify when to erase the contents of the icon attached to the decision icon:
Before Next Selection erases the displayed objects before displaying the contents of the next icon.
To display a series of icons, erasing one before showing the next, attach all display icons to a decision icon, select the Branch/Sequentially option, and use this erase option.
Upon Exit leaves all the icon's objects on the screen until Authorware exits the decision structure. At that time, Authorware erases the objects.
Don't Erase leaves the icon's objects on the screen until you explicitly erase them with an erase icon.
Select the Pause Before Branching option to display a wait button that the user must click to exit the attached icon.
Click Open to close the Decision Path Properties dialog box (keeping any changes) and open the icon contained on the decision path. Authorware opens the icon's Presentation window (or the icon's Properties dialog box if there is no associated Presentation window).
